The site is rather well-laid out, yet one doesnâ€™t really feel like shopping here for WoW Gold or EVE ISK, as the site is only in English, the payment methods are limited. Though the Live Support is okay, the prices and delivery times could do with a little improvement. Despite of it all: Power-Level supports the SOS Children Villages with 1% of its sales.

Placed an order of 20k price was great. orderd at the 20th of december 2010. Now we have beruary and still some part of the gold is missing. After the chines new year i have contacted them again ang got this response. quote our data system broke down on 25,Jan, can not process your order any more,our apology, plz dispute with paypal,after we get their feedback, you will be fully refunded here ,despite you have already got part of the order or not ,if you still need the gold, you can place a new order here now ,we will process the new one unquote I strongly advise not to buy from them

Quite honestly, the price was great. The timing... bad. I have been waiting two days (two days after when it was suposed to come) it still isnt here, support is just crappy, i have gotten NO real answer to my question/s yet. The answer i keep getting is "your order is being processed" and that other thing, i ask a support person to track down my order again and let me know how its going, this is the reply i get "sec" 50 mins later, no response. so i try again, same person answers, i ask him why he left, sudently "chat ended" and for 7 hours later + it keeps saying "chat service down". From that moment on, i felt very very tricked. Do not buy from these, it is a waste of time.

Would not recommend. Bought gold weeks ago, still havent gotton 90% of it. Service is also very bad, at first they would answer and say that order is still being processed, now they just ignore me. Tied guy4game.com and got the gold by the end of the day and amazing service.

These guys suck. They promise you gold is in stock and will be delivered in less than 30 minutes but in reality they do not start collecting your gold until your order is completed and verified. I'm 4 days in and still waiting. For the first couple of days, they were answering my emails, but now I am just being ignored. Look elsewhere!
